They are also certified for compatibility with a wide range of professional software, making them the ideal choice for intensive professional workloads such as 3D rendering.
The ConceptD 7 Pro manages to fit all that into a premium body that measures a mere 17.9mm thick and weighs just 2.1kg, thanks to the use of magnesium-aluminium alloys, which are up to 20% lighter and nearly twice as durable as standard aluminium. Despite being so thin and light, the ConceptD 3 still manages to pack in a 57.5Wh battery which can last up-to 9.5 hours use on a single charge, so you’re able to keep using on-the-move all day.
It also features a stylish white finish which stands out from the crowd. You needn’t worry about stains or marks though – through the use of micro-arc oxidation and a stain-resistant coating, the finish will stand up to day-to-day mishaps such as dirt, coffee and pens, as well as protecting it from yellowing over time.
The 15.6” 4K Ultra HD IPS display of the ConceptD 7 Pro exemplifies the exacting standards found throughout the notebook. The Ultra HD resolution of 3840×2160 displays 4 times the detail of a standard Full HD screen, which is a must for video editing work, especially when dealing with 4K footage.
The screen also supports 100% of the Adobe RGB colour gamut, allowing you to work with even more colours than sRGB displays. In addition, you get precise colour accuracy with the ConceptD 7 Pro’s screen being Pantone Validated with support for the Pantone Matching System, in addition to a Delta E value of <2, which means that colour variation is practically imperceptible to the human eye.
One of the most annoying things about trying to complete intensive work on a laptop is the noise from the fans. To ensure this isn’t an issue with the ConceptD 7 Pro, it uses dual cooling fans are custom-engineered to use ‘Vortex Flow’ aerodynamics, which minimise noise levels while still providing excellent airflow and cooling. This keeps the fan noise below 40dBA, which is around the same noise level as you’d find in a library, allowing you to focus on your work without any distractions.
The ConceptD 7 Pro also features a range of premium features that help improve your overall enjoyment when using it.
These include the scissor-switch keyboard with 1.55mm key travel for a responsive and tactile typing experience, while also minimising typing noise. You also get a Microsoft Precision certified touchpad, with full support for all of Windows 10’s gestures.
